2009-11-16 - New Owner Mission
Registered dogs have two names....a "big" one which is the CKC
registered name, and a "little" one which is the call name for
daily use........... Each litter has a Theme so we try to have
all of the names fit under that umbrella....for example Luna was
from the "Moon" litter because they were all born on the lunar
eclipse so she became Albanor's Lunar Eclipse and her brother
Scotty is Albanor Moonbeam Me Up.........
The theme for this litter is Entertainment....so any of your
favourite TV programs or Movies can be used......... It was
actually one of the puppies that found the theme this time! On
my way out to the kennel the day before they were born I was
passing the drive thinking about names.......I thought, hmmmmm
the song Amazing Grace would be a great name for a puppy.......
The following day after a few pups were born and squawking in
the basket we tried to get poor Luna up to go outside for a
potty break as she had been in labour for 8 hours. She refused
to budge! Very odd we thought....all of a sudden a little head
popped up behind her! It was a puppy and she had arrived all by
herself.....no contractions.....just all of a sudden there!!!!
It was 8 p.m. on Sunday night and as we looked at this amazing
little surprise a TV show started....... Yup, you guessed
it.....it was the AmazingRace!!!!!!!!! Right on cue!!! We sure
hope that whomever gets this special little girl keeps her name
Albanor's Amazingrace after all she named herself!!!!!!!
So the registered name has to have Albanor in it and can have up
to 30 characters including spaces......so have fun with
this.....we can't wait to hear what you all come up with ;-) |

26th. |

Luna (^) is being bred to Brooker (->) again for her second
and last litter.
All going well the puppies should be due late October and ready to
